Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation Notice:
- Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the service cost.
- Rescheduling:
- If you need to reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your new preferred date and time.
Refund Policy
- Satisfaction Guarantee:
- If you are not completely satisfied with our cleaning services, please contact us within 24 hours of the service completion. We will address your concerns and make any necessary corrections at no additional charge.
- Refund Eligibility:
- Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7-10 business days.
- Non-Refundable Fees:
- Please note that any service cancellation fees are non-refundable once work has begun and is completed.
